Reservations

Please arrive 15-30mins before your booking time to allow time to get arrival drinks before the tasting menu.

We require you to inform us of any special dietary requirements or requests for special occasions at the time of booking.

Pignut will call the number left at the time of booking to confirm your reservation by Telephone a fews days before your reservation. We kindly request that you keep to the table time requested. If you are unavoidably late, please contact us as we may only be in a position to hold your table for 15 minutes.

Please note our tasting menu takes around two hours for 4 courses and 3 hours for 8 courses.

A deposit is requested when booking. Guests who wish to cancel or rearrange a reservation are required to give 48 hour’s notice prior to arrival. For cancellations with less than 48 hour’s notice, the deposit is non-returnable however we can hold onto it for a booking at a later date. If you do cancel your reservation before our 48 hours notice period, you will need to get in touch so we can process the deposit refund for you. The deposit may take up to 5-10 working days to reach your bank account.

We hope you can appreciate that we are a small independent restaurant aiming to produce as little waste as possible, buying fresh ingredients on a daily basis to cover what we need. We have thought long and hard about this policy. We only cater for Gluten, Nuts, Vegetarian, Shellfish and Pescatarian dietary requirements. If you have any other dietary requirements we are unable to amend any of our dishes so you may have to miss out on courses.
